Love this thing! I incorporated it into my morning skin routine and I personally notice a difference. You have to be consistent and you have to use a serum or oil with it but I feel less puffy after using it to drain fluid from my face in the AM. I think I see an improvement in my deep frown lines as well. I think when using it with a serum, it helps really push the product into your skin. Consistency is the key, you have to do it frequent enough to actually see gains. It hard to see from my photo but my forehead used to have serious deep lines and now they are more like white lines like minimal stretch marks which makes me feel like it's working:)
